ACTORS FORUM: CELEBRATING WOMEN - JUNE 24TH

A Cast of Women Sing the Songs of Queen is a concert event at New York's iconic Rockwood Music Hall to promote women's empowerment. Casting all women gives these classic songs a fresh take while showcasing women in songs traditionally sung by men.

Following the recent Oscar success of the film Bohemian Rhapsody, this female ensemble is led by rock singer Tal Yardeni, and features a mix of guest rock singers and musicians from the Broadway companies of Come From Away, Be More Chill, and Waitress the Musical.

**25% of all ticket proceeds will be donated to NEW: Nontraditional Employment for Women. NEW prepares, trains, and places women in careers in the skilled construction, utility, and maintenance trades, helping women achieve economic independence and a secure future for themselves and their families. NEW primarily serves low-income minority women from all five boroughs in New York City.

Your support will provide funding for high-impact visibility featuring a night of female equality at the Rockwood Music Hall; talented musicians and singers to bring community to the cause; and raise awareness using this classic genre.
